2 # 2 1/2 cans whole peeled tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup cheese cracker crumbs
2 medium onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
3 slices bread, toasted and cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Drain and break into pieces the tomatoes. Add 1/2 of the onion. Mix in the cheese cracker crumbs and sugar.

Cover with the remaining onion and spoon sour cream over the top. Toss the bread crumbs over the sour cream. Lightly brush bread crumbs with melted butter. Bake 325º - 20 minutes
