6 loin chops, 1 inch thick
6 thick onion slices
salt and cracked pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed
2 t. prepared mustard
1/4 c. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from pork chops. Melt in heavy skillet; add pork chops and brown lightly. Place onion slices in single layer in shallow baking pan and top each with a pork chop. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine bouillon cube, mustard, and hot water; stir to dissolve. Pour over pork chops. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350º for 45 min. or until chops are tender. Place each chop with onion slice on heated serving platter.
