Ingredients:  
3 pounds ground sirloin
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 cups oatmeal
2 eggs
2 tsp salt

Sauce
2 cups Ketchup
2 Tbsp liquid smoke ( I use Colgin brand, white label with red and yellow ...hard to find in grocery store, ask for help)
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef balls to 1 inch in diameter
Place in a single layer in a 13x9 inch pan
Combine ingredients for the sauce
Then cover the balls with sauce and bake for 350 degrees for 1 hour
