Fresh tomatoes, milk, basil, mozzarella cheese, ham if desired.

Directions:
Boil tomatoes for just a moment, then slip skins on tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove seeds. Make a white sauce with butter, flour, milk, and basil. Add dried beef and pour over tomatoes. Top with croutons, Parmesan cheese, and Mozzerella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
