6 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 large onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
4 baby carrots, shredded
salt and pepper
1 stick of butter
1 pint of half and half
water
Directions:
Directions:
Put diced potatoes, onion, celery, carrots, salt and pepper in a large pot and add water just to cover and cook in covered pot on medium heat until potatoes are tender. Add butter and half and half. Stir and cook until soup thickens.
