1 1/4cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons margarine, melted
4 (8-oz.) pkgs, cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
1 can of cherry pie filling

Heat oven to 350º combine crumbs, 2 T. sugar and margarine. Press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes and remove from oven. Increase oven temperature to 450º with a pan of water on lower rack. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, flour, juice and vanilla until well blended. Add 4 eggs, one at a time (eggs should be room temperature). Pour mixture over baked crumbs. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes; reduce temperature to 250º. Continue baking for 30 minutes, or until middle is set. Top should look dry, not cracked. Remove from oven and cool completely. Top with a can of cherry pie filling and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
