Nonstick cooking spray
3/4 cup chopped onion
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp olive oil
2 10 oz pkgs frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
1 cup low fat cottage cheese, drained
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup refrigerated egg product (like egg beaters, etc)
1 tbsp fresh oregano, or 1 tsp died
pepper
1/4 cup parmesan
2 tbsp fine, dry breadcrumbs.LKi

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly coat 9 inch pie plate with spray, set aside.

In medium saucepan, cook onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir spinach, cottage and feta cheese, egg, oregano, and pepper into onion mixture.

Spoon mixture into pie plate.

In small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and parmesan, sprinkle over spinach mixture.

Bake, uncovered in 350 oven for 30-35 minsm or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cut into wedges and serve.
