Chicken pieces (I use legs, but also good with breast)
1 (8 oz) bottle Russian Dressing
1 (10 oz) jar apricot preserves
1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken pieces in shallow pan with skin side up. Mix the dressing, preserves, and soup mix. Spoon over chicken pieces and bake at 350º for one hour, uncovered.
