8 chicken drumsticks
1 cup water
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 scant tablespoons sugar
2 garlic cloves, peeled and bruised
1 small hot chili pepper, slit open, seeds removed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in saucepan over high heat. Bring to boil, then reduce and simmer for about 20 mins. Increase heat, turning chicken frequently and cook until liquid had reduced to a sticky glaze.
