1 head cauliflower
3 potatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 tbls butter
salt, to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chili powder

Directions:
In pot of salted water, boil potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks, for 4 mins. Cut cauliflower into florets and add to potatoes, cook and additional 5 mins. Drain. Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, heat butter and cook onions until soft. Add potatoes, cauliflower, spices and saute for about 4 mins. Add 1/2 cup water, mix well and cook for about 1 minute. Serve hot with breads, rice, rotis or as a side dish.
