Directions:
Place meat in crock pot. Sprinkle soup mix over meat. Add barbecue sauce. Let cook all day or overnight until meat falls apart. Shred meat with forks, removing fat and bones. Freeze extra meat in freezer bags for quick meals.

Serving Suggestions:
Substitute plain pulled pork for ground beef or chicken in any recipe. Moisten meat with more barbecue sauce, serve warm or cold on bun with lettuce and tomato.
SWEET PULLED PORK
Mix meat with one part salsa and one part brown sugar. Makes a wonderful salad with lettuce, black beans, sweet pork, grated cheese, and ranch dressing.
Sweet pulled pork is also excellent used as taco meat.

Make quesadillas with sweet pulled pork, black beans, cheese, and caramelized onions.
