large head of cabbage - cut finely using a cuisinart shredder if you have one.
1 bunch of sliced green onions
2 pkgs. top ramen, crumbled
3/4 -1 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. sesame oil
3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Slice cabbage and green onions & store together in a big ziplock bag. Toast sesame seeds & almonds in one tbsp. of oil, cool, & store in a small ziplock bag or tupperware.
Combine dressing ingredients in something that you can make sure you get all the sugar off the bottom when you empty it.

Just before serving: Toss all the indredients making sure all the dressing gets to the bottom. For a crunchier salad add the top ramen last.
