1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
salt and pepper
18 slices of bread
1 can mushroom soup
1 egg beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Trim crusts off bread and butter. Place butter side down in muffin tins and shape in. Combine hamburger and rest of ingredients. Fill shells full of meat mixture. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.

Freeze well.
