2 TBSP. fermipan yeast
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
4 c. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix fermipan yeast with 4 c. flour.

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and salt and water with mixer.

Add the yeast and flour mixture.

Mix in about 6 c. more flour. Dough should be soft. Let rise about 2 hours.

Make into buns and rise about 2 hours.

Bake at 375º until golden.

You can make Brown Buns and use 3 c. brown flour. This is also good dough for cinnamon buns.
