5 eggs
3 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. milk
9-10 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º Cream together eggs, sugar and shortening. Add in baking soda and powder, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Gradually add in milk and flour alternating each. Mix until it pulls away from side of bow. Chill for 2 hrs. Flour your surface, roll dough to desired thickness and shape. Store dough in refrigerator until your ready to use it. Bake 9-11 min. Cool on rack.
* This makes a bunch so use your biggest bowl. I use my Tupperware "That's a bowl".
