chicken breasts
cream cheese
ham
Swiss cheese, or provolone
butter, melted
Italian style bread crumbs

Sauce:
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 c. sour cream
fresh mushrooms
chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 º. Butterfly your chicken by slicing open one end of chicken, starting from the top down. Be careful not to go all the way through, you just want to create a pocket. Spread a little cream cheese on the inside of the chicken. Place 1/2 piece of ham and cheese inside. Roll in melted butter then in the bread crumbs. Bake covered for 1 hour. or until juices run clear.

Sauce:
In a large pot or crockpot add the soups and sour cream. Mix well . Add chopped mushrooms and chicken broth to desired consistency. Warm and serve on top of chicken.
