1 head of cabbage, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
4 med. carrots
1 lg. onion
2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper
2 (15oz) stewed tomatoes
5 c. water
3 c. beef broth
1/2 c. rice
3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown ground beef. In a large pot combine all ingredients and cook until veggies are tender and rice is cooked.
