1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1 peg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded reduced fat Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Heat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients; spoon into 9 inch quiche dish or pie plate. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
