2 c graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c melted butter

4 c rhubarb-sliced
3/4 c sugar
1/2 box strawberry jello

1/2 c water
3 T cornstarch

8 oz cool whip
1 1/2 c mini marshmallows

1-3 1/2 oz instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs and butter and put 3/4 into 9x13 pan.
Cook rhubarb, sugar and jello until tender.
Mix together water and cornstarch and put into the rhubarb and cook until thickened. Spread onto crumbs and cool. Mix cool whip and marshmallows and put on rhubarb mixture. Mix the pudding and milk and pour over marshmallow mixture. Sprinkle with rest of crumbs. Best if made the day before. Enjoy!
