1/2 cup Crisco (room temp.)
1 Ib. sharp cheddar cheese grated (room temp.)
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (more if you like)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together Crisco and cheese well. Spoon in flour add salt, mustard, and cayenne pepper. Roll into a log and cut into 1/2 inch pieces or roll flat and cut with cookie cutter. You can also put in cookie presser. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
