1 1/2 c vegetable oil
1 c. milk
2 eggs
3 c. of peeled and chopped apples
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk

Combine oil, sugar, eggs, and milk. Add apples, raisins, nuts, and coconut. Mix, add soda, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir in flour. This batter is very stiff. Place in bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Combine brown sugar, milk, and butter in sauce pan. Bring to light boil and boil for 2 1/2 minutes. Perferatecake and pour over while in the pan. Let set in bundt pan until cake is cooled, then remove.
