3/4 c. raw rice
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. diced celery (optional)
1 small can mushrooms
parsley flakes for color
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a baking dish. Bake covered at 350º for 1 hour. Stir after 20 minutes and again after 40 minutes. Remove the cover at the end of the hour, stir again and continue to cook for 20 minutes longer or until it reaches the desired consistency.
