Mix the crust ingredients together and crumble on the bottom of a 9 by 13 greased pan. You can pat it down, but then it seems to get a little hard, but still tastes good. Bake 10 minutes at 350º.

Mix the filling ingredients and pour over baked crust. Bake till solid, about 45 minutes.

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar till fluffy- then add the sugar, vanilla and salt. Top dessert and bake 10-15 more minutes. Enjoy warm or cold.
