1 9 inch graham cracker pie crust (2 pkgs 6 count mini crusts)
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add milk. Mix until well blended. Add in lemon juice and vanilla. Turn into crust. Refrigerate 2-3 hours.

Topping ideas
slice fresh strawberries or raspberries
buy a bag of strawberry glaze and use fresh strawberries. Slice strawberries and add to glaze. Refrigerate
Drizzle caramel topping and chocolate syrup
