10 eggs, beaten
2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup flour
1 lb Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. baking powder
2 to 4 cans chopped green chili's (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients. Bake in lightly buttered 9x13" baking dish - 35 min. Serve with salsa.

I use mild green chili's but add little hot jalapenos.
We serve this at our family Christmas party every year.
