1 qt sauerkraut, or 2 lg cans
2 sm cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c water
2 pkgs onion soup mix
1 pkg kluski noodles
2-4 lbs pork steak, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the pork steak in a skilled. Add mushroom soup, water, and onion soup mix, cooking and stirring until blended and smooth. Boil noodles in a large pot for 10 min. Drain. Combine kraut, steak mixture and noodles in a large casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

You can substitute wide egg noodles for kluski noodles, but kluski noodles are better.
