1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 t. salt
1/2 t. marjoram leaves
1/4 t. thyme leaves
1/8 t. pepper
2 T. cooking oil
1 10-1/2 oz. can tomato soup
1 10-1/2 can beef froth
4 med. potatoes, cubed
4 carrots, sliced
8 sm. white onions
2 T. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt, marjoram, thyme, and pepper. Mix lightly, but well. Shape into 24 meatballs.
Brown meatballs in hot oil. Remove as they brown.
Combine soup and broth in Dutch oven or large pot. Add meatballs and vegetables. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Garnish with parsley.
