1/4 cup apricot preserves
1 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Combine salsa and preserves in a small bowl. Top cream cheese block with mixture. Top with fresh cilantro and cheese. Serve with assorted crackers.
