1 - 15oz can hominy, drained
2 - 15oz cans black-eyed peas,drained
2- 10oz cans Rotel
1 - green pepper
1- red pepper
1 - onion chopped fine
3 -jalapenos, choppedfine
3 - green onions sliced
1 - 8oz Italian dressing
3 cloves minced garlic

Directions:

Mix all together. Do not use a food processor to chop vegetables.
