Ingredients:  
4 large boneless, skinned chicken breasts cooked and chopped - bite size.
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of sour cream
1 stick of real butter - salted
1 T of poppy seeds (optional)
2 cups of broccoli - just florets (tops)
1 small onion chopped fine
1 stalk of celery - chopped fine
1 1/2 cups of crushed ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Put your cooked, bite size pieces of chicken into the bottom of casserole dish.
Top with onion, celery, broccoli
Blend all soups and sour cream together, and pour into casserole.
Melt butter. Place crushed ritz crackers and poopy seeds in clean bowl and add butter - mix very well.
Top casserole with ritz cracker mix.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, uncovered, until bubbly.

This is a very easy dish to make! I serve it with rice, salad, garlic bread, and fresh fruit. Great summer meal! It is great with left-over chicken of any kind! I have made it with left-over BBQ. Keep these soups and sour cream on hand and it is an instant easy meal I have made it without poppy seeds and just as good!
