1 loaf of french or any type of baguette bread
Cuc's
Tomatoes
Purple onion
Fresh mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
1 loaf of french or any type of baguette bread (put in oven 350 until it gets light brown and hard) after you brown bread - break up into bit size pieces and add to other ingredients.


Cuc's cut up bite size

Tomatoes cut up bite size

Purple onion cut up into thin slices

Fresh mozzarella cheese cut up into bite size cubes

Dressing:

1/2 cup of balsamic vin. (Gia Russa) is the best.

1/3 cup of olive oil

1 full T of sugar

1 T of fine ground mustard

2 T of water

1/2 t of salt

1/2 t of black pepper

1/4 t of garlic powder

Put all in a container that you can shake, shake, shake until all is well blended.

Pour dressing over salad as you toss it - make sure all is coated well. Yummy!!!!

You can play with ingredients according to your taste. We like as many fresh cuc's as tomatoes. Jim and June love a lot of fresh mozzarella!
