4 sml tomatoes coarsely chopped

2 green onions chopped

1 T of olive oil

1 jalapeno fine chopped

1 t fresh cilantro

1/2 t cumin

1/2 t garlic salt

1/4 t sugar

1/2 fresh lime squeezed

Combine all ingredients and chill for 30 min. YUM YUM!!!!

I usually use a lot more fresh lime in mine - we love it. I make gallons of this at a time! Great with fresh garden maters! Be careful - it is like cocaine! Have lots of tortilla chips on hand!
