1 cup of water

1 cup of instant rice

1/2 cup of good seasons salad dressing made fresh

1 T soy sauce

1/2 t of sugar

2 cups fresh spinach cut into thin strips

1/2 cup celery

1/2 cup sliced green onions including tops

1/3 cup of crisp crumbled bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice transfer to bowl. Cool. Combine salad dressing, soy sauce and sugar stir into rice. Cover and chill. Fold in remaining ingredients before serving. YUM!

Make rice according to the directions on the instant rice box - if different than what I have. You want the rice to be firm, but cooked!
