12 slices bread, broken into pieces
3 C. cooked chicken (I use rotisserie chicken from Sam's Club or Marsh when in a hurry to make)
1 C. diced celery
1/2 C. diced onions
1 C. diced green pepper
1 C. shredded sharp cheese
1 C. mayonnaise
3 eggs
2 C. milk

Cut chicken in bite size pieces. Mix bread, chicken, celery, onions, green pepper, cheese and mayonnaise together and pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Before baking, mix eggs and milk together and pour over top of casserole. Sprinkle more cheese over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean when inserted in casserole.

casseroles. It was served at many potluck suppers and family gatherings.
