Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb. lean hamburger
1 small can milk
2 sliced bread (cubed)
1 onion (small)
1/4 chopped bell pepper
1/3 cup ketchup
salt and pepper


Sauce:
1/4 c. tomato sauce (small can)
1 tsp. mustard
2 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, milk, bread, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, salt and pepper. Pack in loaf pan. Cook 1 hour at 325º basting with sauce every 15 minutes.

Sauce:
Mix tomato sauce, mustard, brown sugar, vinegar and water. Bring to boil and use to baste meat loaf.

I drain the hamburger before basting each time.
