1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. onion salt
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. cayenne powder
3/4 Tbsp. white pepper
3/4 Tbsp. black pepper
1/2 Tbsp. thyme
1/2 Tbsp. oregano
1/2 Tbsp. sage

Mix together spices, shake until well blended and keep in an airtight jar. Sprinkle Cajun spice liberally over salmon fillets on both sides. Grill on a salmon plank for best results.
