3 boneless chicken breasts cubed
3 cups zucchini sliced
1 onion sliced
2 Tbs. olive oil

2 Tbs. butter
3 Tbs. flour

3 oz cream cheese
1 Tbs. minced garlic
10 oz chicken broth

Cooked pasta or rice

Cook chicken until cooked through. Remove from pan. Add onion and zuke slices to the pan and cook until cooked but still crispy. Put chicken back into pan with vegetables.

Make white sauce: Melt butter and stir flour until creamy. Slowly add chicken broth and cook until smooth over medium heat. Add garlic and cubed cream cheese. Cook until smooth and pour over chicken and vegetables.

Serve over pasta or rice.
