4 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
1 stick butter
1-1/2 cups sugar
4 Tbs. cocoa
1 can evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate (I use the microwave for 2 minutes). Stir in sugar and cocoa until mixed. Add evaporated milk and stir until mixture is smooth. Cook over a medium heat until thick being sure to stir constantly (I microwave for 4 minutes, stir, and microwave for another 3 minutes). Add vanilla and serve. Will keep for a week in the refrigerator.
