Crust: 1/2 C. chopped pecan, l C. flour, 1 stick melted butter.

First layer: 1 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 C. powdered sugar, 1 C. Cool whip.

Second layer: 2 sm. boxes of lemon instant pudding, 3 C. milk

Top: Cool whip and Chopped pecans.

Mix crust ingredients together and press into 9x13 pan. Bake 15 min. at 350 degrees...and cool.
Mix first layer of ingredients together and spread over crust. Mix second layer and spread on top of first...after this sets cover all with a topping of cool whip and chopped pecans. Refrigerate and enjoy!

This is so good and serves lots of people. Can use any flavor of pudding....Chocolate is another flavor that I like to use.
