1 lb cod fillets
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbl fresh lemon juice
1/4 c mayonnaise
1/3 c red onion, finely chopped
2 tbl fresh dill, chopped
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together the onion, mustard, dill, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and salt & pepper.

On a piece of aluminum foil, with the edges rolled up, spread some of the onion mixture. Place the cod on the aluminum foil and spoon the remaining mixture over the fillets.

Cook in a covered grill (or a hot oven) for approximately 10 min. or until fish flakes easily.
