1 box small shell macaroni, 8 ounces of Longhorn cheese (not sharp)
Directions:

Cook macaroni in boiling water until soft, rinse in cold water, place in a buttered casserole dish, add milk to just below top of macaroni, cut up cheese and stir through it. Add salt and pepper to taste and cut 1/2 stick margarine or butter into the macaroni. Bake in 400 degree oven until done...about l hr. Nice to make this along with the meatloaf.
