1/2 cup corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbls flour
1 tbls dry mustard
vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
When ham is baked, cut or peel off skin. Using a sharp knife, score fat by cutting 1/4 inch deep in 1 to 1-1/2 inch diamonds. Turn oven to 450º. Brush fat surface with corn syrup.
Combine: brown sugar, flour, mustard with enough vinegar to make a thick paste. Spread over surface of ham. Place in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Baste frequently. Remove and continue to baste for 10 minutes.
