2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
Frosting:
1/2 c. butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º. Mix sugar, flour, water, milk, eggs b. soda and vanilla. Melt butter and cocoa in microwave and mix well. Add to the dry mixture. Bake for 20 min. in an ungreased cookie sheet (needs to have a lip around the pan) for 15 -18 min. Let it cool for about 20 min. or until warm.
Frosting:
Melt butler and cocoa in microwave and mix well. Mix in sugar, milk and vanilla. Blend well till smooth. Frost cake.
