1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
4 bananas, ripe and mashed
1 T vegetable oil
2 cups sifted flour

Grease loaf pan. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in prepared pan and bake in 325º oven for 1 hour.
