1-1/2 lbs corn beef
1 med onion
1 tsp parsley
3 T shortening
2 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
2 c milk
2 lbs sauerkraut
1 c bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Saute meat mixture. Add flour, salt, mustard and milk. Blend thoroughly. Cook stirring constantly until thick. Add chopped sauerkraut and continue cooking until thick. Cool and form into balls. Roll balls in flour, beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. Heat 1/2" vegetable oil in frying pan and fry meatballs.
Can be frozen and reheated in hot oven when ready to serve.
