1 lb ground turkey
1 can corn
1 can pinto beans
1 can garbanzo or hominy beans
1 can canollini or butter beans
1 small can green chilies
1 bell pepper, diced
1/2 onion diced
1 tsp chili powder
1 can chicken broth
cilantro, sour cream and avocado for topping

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot brown onions and then ground turkey.

Add chicken broth, all cans of beans (drained), corn, green chilies and chili powder. Add green pepper. Mix all items together and bring to a boil, cover and cook on low for 25-35 minutes depending on how soft you like your ingredients.
