1 can artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop artichokes (fine) and add mayo, parmesan cheese and cayenne pepper (add more pepper if you like it spicier).

Mix ingredients together and pour into a medium sized casserole dish. Sprinkle some cayenne pepper on top to add color.

Cook in oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
