1 lb. Bulk Sausage
6 eggs
2c milk
1tsp salt
1tsp dry mustard
6 slices white bread - cubed (no crust)
1c grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain Sausage, break up into pieces
Beat together: eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard
Layer 1. cubed bread,2. sausage and 3. cheese
Pour egg mixture on top.
cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 350º for 30-40 Minutes (eggs are set when a knife comes out clean.)

This has been a favorite breakfast (brunch) in our family for many years. We like the hot (spicy) sausage. It serves 6-8, Can easily be doubled.
