1 lb ground beef (or any other meats you prefer)
4 sausages (pork or turkey)
1 kielbasa sausage
1 brown onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
2 16 oz cans diced tomatoes
2 8 oz cans tomato paste
2 16 oz cans Ranch Style Beans
5 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried basil, salt and pepper
1 12 oz can of beer
Tabasco to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, brown onions & garlic; add ground beef. In a separate pot, boil sausages till fully cooked (approx 10 minutes). Slice sausages into 1/4 pieces then add to chili pot.
Add pepper, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, ranch style beans, chili powder, basil, salt & pepper.
Add can of beer, pour in 10 oz, drink the rest.
Stir ingredients & cook on med-low heat for 30 minutes. Depending on how spicy you like your chili, add more chili powder and tabasco.
