1-1/2 cups diced ham (you can buy this already diced)
8 oz. rigatoni pasta
1 pkg. white sauce or country gravy mix (I used country gravy)
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 tbsp dijon-style mustard
10 oz. package frozen leaf spinach, thawed and roughly chopped (I used 1/2 a package... the whole 10 oz was too much)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rigatoni according to package directions; set aside. Prepare white sauce or country gravy mix; stir in ham, cheese, mustard, and spinach. Pour over pasta, toss gently to blend well. Pour into shallow 2 quart casserole; cover and back in 350* oven for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes more.
